Breast Augmentation

Iran is an excellent destination to have breast augmentation as the procedure’s cost is among the most affordable in the world. Breast augmentation surgery prices start at around 3000$ in Iran for a procedure in modern clinics done by experienced doctors. In Europe, this surgery’s average cost is around 8000$, about 6000$ in the U.S and up to 10.000$ in the U.K.

Breast implants are either silicone or saline. They are used to do breast augmentation and change the size and shape of the breasts. In Iran, all breast implants are Mentor brand implants approved by the FDA (the United States Food and Drug Administration), for which patients have reported a 97% satisfaction rate. Mentor implants are also safe, with a rupture rate for breast enlargement surgery of only 1.1%. 

The minimum required stay for breast augmentation is seven days. The first day is usually for the doctor’s visit and medical tests, after which the surgery is performed on the next day. Another doctor visits two days after the surgery is needed, and rest is imperative for at least five days. Note that the healing process takes about two weeks in total, during which you need to reduce your physical activity.

Breast augmentation is a long-lasting surgery. Most implants last for more than 20 years, during which no medical procedure is needed. However, each case is different, and it’s sometimes necessary to repair or replace the implants after about ten years if the implant is dislocated or the patient shows complications. That’s why a regular doctor check-up is needed throughout the years.

Furthermore, Iranian doctors are well trained, often in the U.S. or Europe, and clinics and hospitals in Iran are equipped with the latest medical technologies. 

Breast augmentation is not a very painful surgery when done by an experienced and talented surgeon. Of course, you may feel some discomfort and light pain in the first days after the surgery, but the recovery process is fast, and if the pain is too intense, you are allowed to take painkillers. The recovery usually takes up to two weeks.
